Terms and Conditions Instructions are accepted by us to act on your behalf, when the questionnaire form has been completed and returned with the initial payment. This constitutes an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The initial fee is £400, to cover expenses and is non- returnable, but is taken from the final account on completion of your purchase.
When Norfolkpropertfinder finds you a property, you agree to pay on completion of purchase:- 1.0% of the purchase price up to £500,000. From this the initial fee will be deducted.
Upon acceptance of your fee and completed form Norfolkpropertyfinder agree to either,
- Search and find a property for you for 4 months, or to completion of purchase, or
- Continue to search for a property for extra months on receipt of extra payment by negotiation, or
- Continue to search until in writing you terminate our agreement.
Upon instruction of Norfolkpropertyfinder, you agree that we have deemed to have introduced a property to you if, you have received particulars from ourselves directly or indirectly from an estate agent we regularly deal with.
If within one year of termination of this contract, you or any member of your family purchase a property introduced to you by ourselves, you are liable to full payment of the standard fees as above.
Norfolkpropertyfinder reserve the right to charge 5% above base rate per annum on all late payments.
Details of properties, valuation , surveys and advice given by Norfolkpropertyfinder is given in good faith for your guidance only. We strongly recommend purchasers to take legal advice and other advice as necessary.
