Upon instruction, we meet for an informal dicussion and the information gathered forms a picture of your needs, likes and dislikes. From this we use our comprehensive local knowledge and local contact network to pre-view prospective properties. We then arrange viewings for you, supply local area information, complete a full disrepair survey, negotiate the best possible price (usually saving more than the equivalent of our fees), chase the purchase through to completiton, and offer advice and guidance on the best contractors to use for post-purchase work.

Upon Instruction - £400 (for 4 months' search) - This fee is fully deducted from the final fee.

On Completion of Purchase - 1.0% of purchase price is payable up to property value of £500,000.
The percentage above this price is negotiable. 

Second Opinion Survey - For people who have found their property but feel they need help and advice - £300

Full Condition Survey - with list of any other surveys needed to be safe, and estimated costs for essential repairs - £400

Business property search - Fees as residential

Rented property search - A retainer fee of £200 payable in advance, and a success fee
equal to one months rent on sign up
